1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• No attempts to disrupt or compromise the service.
• No unauthorized access to other users’ data.

3. Files and content

You retain ownership of your files. You grant Dexify a limited license to process files solely to provide the service.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan terms shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue features with notice when possible. We strive to maintain backward compatibility for critical workflows.

6. Termination

You may stop using Dexify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Dexify is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Dexify’s liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law rules.
